Job Summary
The role of a Brand Manager is to develop a brand strategy for a company. Brand managers oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research. They often conduct market research for a company.
Key responsibilities
- Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
- Creating and maintaining the information architecture.
- Writing or revising the supporting content for products/services.
- Editing material prepared by other writers or staff.
- Incorporating animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users’ understanding of the material.
- Selecting appropriate mediums, such as manuals or videos, as messages for the audience.
- Standardizing content across platforms and media.
- Collecting user feedback to update and improve content.
- Creating strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals.
- Utilizing a variety of media forms including images and charts.
- Analyzing current content and making improvements as necessary.
- Preparing or commissioning graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing.
Requirements
- Degree of Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing.
- 1-3 Years of experience in branding.
- Good Communication
- Knowledgeable of client servicing
