Responsibilities
• Ensure operational conversion of BPA strategic goals• Provide management with accurate business analysis• Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities• Provide financial analysis and decision-making support for investment/project• Monitor and measure ongoing business performance• Support budgeting, rolling forecast, and strategic planning processes• Ensure integrity of data and improve forecast accuracy• Improve management reporting processes and implement lean processes• Supervise the performance and development of a small team• Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios
Requirements
• Operations Management and Execution• Financial Management• Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling• Financial Business Partnering• Aligning people and resources• Collaborating across boundaries and effective communication• University degree in Finance/Economics, Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance• 6-8 years of experience
