Familiarity with BIW manufacturing facilities - It is expected that the Process
definition service will be familiar with both pr oduction and prototype manufacturing
environments including experience of fixture design/buy-off, joining technology (SPR,
SWD, FDS, FSE, Laser, Clinch, Hemming, Studding, Nutting, Auto-Bolting as
examples)
Confirmation of BoP - Maintain BoP throughoutSki lls and ExperienceTechnical
Process Authoring - '˜Process Definition' based on new data release (assume high level Process Level 0 '˜Process strategy' available) - Key sub deliverables as below
Process Buy-off including demonstrable evidence of installed line r ate,
bottlenecks, maximum capacity by zone, alignment to DES and space
protection.

Process optimisation

Product change identified vs previous intent
Service requirements - Identify, agree and maintain in line with service
