Job description

We are looking for a Sr. manager - HR to join us in the team at Noida location to strengthen our HR process and functions. Below are the details roles and responsibilities:
1) End-to-End Recruitment
- Discussing and Understanding the requirements with the management or department
- Drafting Job descriptions and Job specifications
- Working on core positions and mid -level hiring, if required
- Assisting the department for any junior or associate level hiring, when possible
- Salary negotiations and closing the deal
- Internal Department Co-ordination
2) Documentation:
- Assist in Managing employee file - Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Promotion and Increments, Relieving and Experience
- Liasoning with the internal team for managing record of employee exit summaries
- Keeping a record of HR, Asset Policy and Company Policy
- Connecting with team for uploading the organization documents on HRMS tool
- Maintaining and Drafting Employee Handbook
3) Training and Development
- Analysing and assessing training needs as per the individual, department and organization level
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
- Checking training sessions and modules efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
- Planning next course of action
4) HR Team Co- ordination
- Coordinating with internal HR team members for the updates
- Assisting team with the issues faced with regard to hiring, employee related issues
- Conducting brainstorming sessions within team for bring new and creative ideas for employees
- Monitor HR metrics
5) Compensation & Benefits
- Review departmental budgets
- Completing and maintaining entire steps of payroll set up in HRMS
- Maintaining proper record of attendance, employee LOP, WFH, Paid leaves
- Keeping up to date information of newly recruits and exits
- Maintaining a record of newly recruits bank details and PAN Card, UAN Number and ESIC details for finance department and HRMS
- Adding salary revisions and over time in payroll chart
- Check out for adhoc payments and adhoc deductions, if any
- Maintaining salaries on hold and arrear record
- Keeping a proper record of PT, ESIC, PF and other benefits provided by company pertaining to payroll
- Sharing pay register to all the relevant departments and parties
- Ensuring the challan payments are made timely
- Maintaining a proper record and data of investments declaration and proofs as per the timeline and set up the same in HRMS tool
- Ensuring incentives and freelancers/consultants payments are made on time along with their records, if any.
- Compliances Researching on employee benefits plan
- Co-ordinating with the management for policy-making
- Liasoning with consultants for framing HR Policies
- Maintaining employee handbook as per the several policies of the company
- Check, if all the things running in the company are as per the compliances
- Ensuring ethical and legal practices in the company premises
6) Vendor Co- ordination
- Liasioning with the vendors and prospects for getting implementation of insurance and any other HR related matters
- Exit Formalities Conducting exit interviews with the resigned employees
- Maintaining attrition rate
- Ensuring Full and Final settlement timely
- Co-ordination with the internal department
7) Grievance Management
- Handling all grievances and conflicts at all levels and bring a positive outcome beneficial for employee and the organization
8) Conflict Management
- Resolving conflicts using styles of Conflict management and brings out the win- win situations for both the parties
9) Performance Management
- Analysing and Planning Performance Management tool formation and implementation
- Identify overarching company performance and development goals
- Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company's objectives
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly
- Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary
- Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures
- Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- Post-Graduation in HRM or relevant specialization
- Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner
- Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels
- Understanding of laws and applicable Acts.
