Inviting applications for the role of AVP- Technology Lead - Physical Infra and Logistics
We are looking for a Technology leader in physical Infrastructure & logistics space to be a part of Technology Application Services group to play a portfolio lead & business IT Partner role in various automation initiatives to provide next generation solutions using latest technology. The person will have to be a part of engagements with business & cross functional teams such as evaluate and select various tools, own technical solutions, manage implementation (end to end), manage the business stakeholders and delegate roles, OEMs, and vendors. He/she will provide strategic guidance & be responsible for defining the overall structure of a vertical or system and oversee IT assignments that are aimed at improving the business and ensuring all parts of the portfolio run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
. Engage closely with business & IT leadership and understand their requirements, pain-points & expectations.
. Identifying areas of significant Business Impact & improvement opportunities and provide strategic direction & thought leadership.
. Lead the enterprise grade evaluations/initiatives for latest platforms & technologies and establish a relationship with business to gauge associated costs, risks, benefits, timelines etc.
. Collaborate with respective OEMs and Genpact&rsquos cross functional teams such as Information Security/Legal/Sourcing to carry out the due diligence and ensure that all compliance requirements are adhered in terms of data privacy, security, contracts etc.
. Collaborate with Genpact&rsquos Infrastructure, network, firewall, database, architecture, data center and other support functions to ensure smooth & timely execution to meet business objectives.
. Identify risks and work out necessary mitigations. Escalate and seek timely help on anything that needs attention.
. Drafting RFPs and evaluating vendor proposals & estimates.
. Perform financial analysis planning and reviewing all contracts and proposals.
. Participate and represent vertical progress status in various governance reviews.
. Facilitate business change management and adoption by employing various means.
. Help to simplify operations and plan improvements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. BE/B Tech/MBA/MCA with Experience on enterprise projects/applications.
. PMP/Prince-2/CSM Certified (allied certifications).
. Thorough understanding and experience of project management concepts including SDLC processes including Agile using Scrum to provide maximum business benefits at the earliest.
. Strong management skills such as project planning & scheduling, estimation & budgeting, procurement, team and stakeholder management, task allocation & monitoring, deliverable, release, and quality management, Identify and manage program dependencies and critical path.
. Multitask in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
. Eye to foresee the potential risks and to work on mitigation plan.
. Vendor Management Skills and outsourcing experience.
. Experience of the corporate processes and understanding of various automation tools/products in the industry
. Ability of articulate and research independently.
. Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business requirements and processes into technology solutions.
. Exposure and experience in building management systems, facility & real estate management systems, workspace management including solutions for RTO, physical and building security solutions, critical event management including BCP, IoT/AI based Infrastructure solutions, Access Control Systems, Employee Health & safety, ESG, Green building initiatives, corporate transportation, and Smart Buildings (not limited too)
. Exposure to Cloud (SAAS, PAAS & IAAS), IOT, Mobility, Analytics, Project/Program Management Tools, Gen AI, Enterprise architecture along other latest technologies & concepts.
