AddressIT Lead
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for our Real Estate organization, you will play a crucial role in leading technology initiatives and driving digital transformation across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing comprehensive technology strategies aligned with business objectives, vision, and roadmap. The focus will be on implementing cutting-edge technologies such as the latest version of SAP in a completely secured cloud-based environment to enhance Security, Compliance, and Scalability.
Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the business objectives, vision, and roadmap.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
SAP Implementation and Management:
- Oversee the implementation of the latest version of SAP in a secure cloud-based environment.
- Utilize SAP to drive Security, Compliance, and Scalability across the organization.
IT and Digital Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT and Digital strategy for the organization, focusing on Process Automation & Business Applications, SAP, HR Information System,
Vendor and Customer Portal.
Technological Landscape Management:
- Shape the company's technological landscape to ensure robust Network and Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, digitization/automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Enable faster growth of the organization through strategic technological interventions.
Business Engagement:
- Engage with Business Heads and Key Stakeholders for regular Digital/IT reviews, actively participating in business-critical discussions.
Cybersecurity and Data Protection:
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards; conduct regular ITGC audits.
Budgeting and Standardization:
- Design and control the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Drive standardization in IT infrastructure, including network, end-user support, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks related to technology and data management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech / M.Tech with proven experience as a CIO or in a senior technology leadership role with 18+ years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and experience with cloud-based implementations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and IT governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
