Klub is now embarking on a new journey by venturing into the world of cross-border commerce through our newly established E-Commerce Vertical. To drive this initiative forward, we are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our dedicated Cross-Border E-Commerce Team in Ahmedabad. Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with brand partners, freight forwarders, courier partners, logistics providers, custom clearing agents in India and destination countries, and partner brands' warehouse/dispatch teams.
- Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions in real-time, providing timely updates and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement coordinated plans and processes for business growth. Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and inventory management.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in logistics with a demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of activities.
- Prior experience in Logistics Operations, dispatch, tracking, and coordination.
- Candidates based in Gujarat will be preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
