AddressJob Description:
1. Develop and drive implementation of Risk Management frameworks and policies for managing risks across the enterprise.
2. Develop and periodically update the risk assessment models (Must have experience in developing assessment models for Pillar II risks).
3. Prepare Enterprise Risk Dashboards for update to the Risk Management Committee and Senior Management.
4. Design and implement mechanisms for proactive monitoring risk through key risk indicators.
5. Identification and assessment of operational risks and controls through risk and control self-assessments (R&CSA) and product and process review.
6. Design and roll out a comprehensive operational risk loss database (to collate and monitor operational risk related losses and effective mitigation).
7. Ensure alignment of Risk Management practices with regulatory requirements and industry leading practices.
8. Periodically review Risk Management policy, procedures, reporting templates and framework to ensure everything is up to date.
9. Facilitate the execution of Risk Management frameworks and policies.
10. Coordinate and assist in identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation of risks across various departments.
11. Track progress on action items related to Risk Management.
12. Coordinate with various departments and prepare a consolidated view of risks across identified risk metrics.
13. Prepare reports and documentation for Senior Management and Board reporting, regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Skills Required:
1. Thorough understanding of Operational Risk Management frameworks, ISO 31000 and COSO ERM Framework.
2. Must have experience in developing assessment models for Pillar II risks.
3. Ability to lead discussions on risk identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation.
4. 2 - 5 years of experience in Risk Management within the financial industry (Banks or NBFCs).
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
6. Degree in business or CA; MBA preferred.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
8. High level of commitment to quality work product, organizational ethics and integrity.
