AddressJob Opportunity for a working professional having at least 10 years of experience Enterprise Risk Consulting or advisory along with ESG related projects including but not limited to target operating model design, process re-engineering & lean six sigma. In this role you will be responsible for mitigating the most difficult problems across various risks.

Responsibilities:
1. Help building the consulting value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solution.
2. Developing the overall consulting practice and bring in industry leading practices.
3. Designing & Implementing Risk Management Frameworks - in terms of Gap Assessment, Road Map, Risk Appetite, Quantitative Risk Analysis , Risk Reporting .
4. Conducting periodic Risk Assessment by identifying the risk to risk mitigation
5. Implementing the tailored concepts for Risk recognition, measurement and control
6. Conducting extensive research to enhance the output and improve the value proposition of the current solution
Requirements:
1. Graduate Degree in Economics / Business / Finance / Statistics / Econometrics etc or Engineering + MBA from a reputed university or college
2. 10+ years' experience on consulting projects specifically in Enterprise Risk Management along with ESG domain
3. Should have extensive understanding of ISO 31000 and COSO frameworks
4. Should be proficient on MS Office and should have excellent project management skills
5. Strong ability to weave a story using multiple data points
6. Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
7. Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
8. Great written and verbal communication
9. A team player with extraordinary interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder management
