Responsibilities
• Coordinate between inbound, outbound, and warehousing teams• Work closely with the customer and other third-party vendors for KPIs• Monitor MIS & KPIs and take corrective measures• Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, process adherence, and 5S• Drive process improvement, cost saving, productivity improvement, and Kaizen projects• Customer management and increase customer satisfaction index• Monitor operating costs and maintain designed margins• Regular process audit and compliance to legal & statutory norms• Provide adequate training to the team• Assess SLA deliverables
Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering/ B.E/BTech• Minimum 4-10 years of experience• Systems/SAP knowledge: MS Office & hands-on experience with SAP/Equivalent ERP• Additional Knowledge: MM Module & SD Module, Access• Functional Competency: Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Procurement activity• Critical Experience: Adequate knowledge of Contract Mgmt & NDA, QC tools, Problem-solving tools, Packaging Process & Material• Leadership Competency: Exposure to Shop floor/Man management, team leader & task-oriented• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills• Secondary Skills: Procurement Management, Team Management, Warehouse Management
