Assistant Manager - Treasury (1-2 Yrs)

Job Description:
- Raise funds from PSU, Private & Foreign Banks, Financial Institutions, Mutual Funds, etc. for raising funds.
- Documentation for Term Loan, Working capital loan, Non- Convertible Debentures, Commercial Paper, etc
- Preparation of Portfolio MIS, CMA Data, etc and other relevant information for Lenders
- Treasury Operations and Cash Management of the company
- Timely debt servicing - Principal Instalments and interest dues should be paid well within the time schedule as per the loan documents To ensure that surplus money is invested on time in a safe and secure avenue in compliance with Investment policy
- Tracking and ensuring compliance with financial & other covenants specified by Lenders and filing reports as required Liaising & Follow- up on credit rating Raising funds through Securitization / Assignment, manage entire process of securitization / assignment, preparation of MIS / reports, obtaining credit rating reports, documentation, etc.in respect of securitization / assignment Preparation of ALM, ensuring ALM is well- managed, Preparation of MIS reports relating to Cash and Balances.
