Position Summary
Responsibilities
- To conduct monthly training both product and behavioral skillset.
- To train and develop best practices across stores and support the store team.
- Develop content & training material.
- To evaluate the training & development programs.
- Coach & mentor store tea to drive performance and increase their business knowledge
- Travel across stores for training .
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- At least 2-4 years of experience in training team members in Retail format.
- Excellent communication skills & writing skills in english.
- Possess excellent planning & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and be self motivated.
- Computer skill mandatory
- Maintain a fast work pace with strong time management/organisational skill.
