Assistant Manager (Product ) – Digital Solutions

Job Description / Responsibilities
Developing amp; managing the various Digital Solutions of the company including product development, product execution and associated operational activities. The solutions shall include Digital Solutions for Maritime Industry and for internal process upgradation. The activities shall include:

• Lead the internal brainstorming to understand and identify the maritime industry needs and problems which can be solved by technology adoption, establish use cases amp; concept notes.
• Lead the development of the identified Solutions using internal and external teams.
• Lead the on-boarding and execution of products/solutions once confirmed with clients
• Assist in product demos,presentations, case studies,blogs amp; associated collateral.
• Solutions shall cover – CarbonBoard(Carbon Measurement Tool),DI(Digital Inspection Tool),Easyrest(Rest Hours Management Tool),PDTwin(Photorealistic Digital Twin) among others.
  

The candidate shall be reporting to Sr. Vice President, and shall be expected to lead and manage the team/initiatives independently.
Qualification
Marine Engineering/Nautical Sc/Naval Arch…Open to other qualifications provided other job requirements closely met.
Desired profile of the candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering/Nautical Sc/Naval Arch.
Having 5-10 years of experience in maritime/offshore industry.
Sailing experience as Engineer or Deck officer desired.
Experience in developing/managing Digital Solutions is desired.
Experience in leading/managing small teams(5-10 persons) is desired.
Good Communication amp; presentation skills
