Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Platform Ads Asst. Manager to join our team at Xiaomi India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, platform-specific ad formats, and data-driven optimization techniques to drive sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies on Amazon and Flipkart to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales for all enabled categories.
- Create, optimize, and manage campaigns across various ad formats, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads, to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ACOS using platform analytics tools
- Utilize audience targeting, remarketing, and segmentation strategies to reach and engage with relevant audiences on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives and product launches.
- Evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in Xiaomi's advertising strategies.
- Ensure Xiaomi maintains a strong Share of Voice (SOV) on potential keywords, strategically allocating budget and resources to hold competitive positions in search results and maximize brand exposure.
- Stay updated on platform-specific advertising guidelines, best practices, and industry trends to continuously optimize campaigns and drive innovation.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative asset optimization to ensure effective ad placements and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Stay abreast of changes in e-commerce platforms' algorithms, policies, and features, and adapt advertising strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness.
Qualifications: MBA in Marketing
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce roles, with a focus on managing advertising campaigns on Amazon and/or Flipkart.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital advertising campaigns, particularly on e-commerce platforms.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Seller Hub, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for campaign monitoring and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies and overcome challenges in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns and achieving performance goals.
