V) Qualities:
Should possess good command over the English language (verbal and written)
Should have a pleasing personality
Should possess excellent facilitation & presentation skills
Should be able to develop training content and have work experience as a trainer ( behavioral / leadership)
Should be able to source and evaluate training partners and vendors
Should have understanding of Training need identification, Training need analysis, competency frameworks, training evaluation etc.
Should possess good interpersonal skills to work closely with different stakeholders/ departments
Should be versatile and open to take up additional responsibilities, initiatives, challenges & projects
Should possess good planning and organizing skills
