Assistant Manager - Indirect Tax (1-2 Yrs)

Assistant Manager - Global Indirect Taxes & Trade Pune.
Primary Responsibilities:.
- Draft various types of litigation and advisory related documents for providing Indirect Tax services. with GST, customs and other tax authorities to support the clients.
- Guide a team of 2-3 individuals for Indirect Tax related services.
- Portfolio of clients and support the partner in providing global Indirect Tax and trade services.
- Discuss with clients and provide solutions as well as close negotiations.

- The partner in MIS and invoicing related support in respect of the existing clients.
- Responsive to client demands, project deadlines, and addressing team queries and resolution.
- Zero escalations from the client.
- To learn the subject matter and grow in the organisation.
Role specific skill sets:
- 4-5 years of experience in Indirect Tax including customs and FTP.
- Must have an experience on Indirect Tax related advisories, litigations and liasoning with tax authorities.
- Communications skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Having an experience and ability in handling a team of 2-3 members.
- To manage clients through improvement planning and long term vision of improving service levels.
- Take ownership of his/her work and initiate required activities to get the results.
- Solving attitude and willing to learn.
