- Work with business and HR leaders and professionals to ensure global processes (requisition, recruitment channels and applicant screening, interviews and assessments, recruitment offerings and closing, referrals and internal and external talent pools, employer branding) are utilized effectively in the Unit, ensure they meet KONE's objectives with regards to business' short and long term talent requirements as well as drive employee engagement and positive employer brand.
- Lead and drive the TA activities in the Unit to ensure that job vacancies are filled in needed timeline, new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization, and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.
- Drive the unit’s TA activities (sourcing, building talent pools, advertising, interviewing, assessing, selecting candidates, checking references, negotiating employment offers) to ensure the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.
- Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the cluster’s business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall HR strategy.
- Work closely together with talent management colleagues to get insights about the talent and competency needs.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of recruitment professionals. Drive the Employer Branding and EVP strategy and ensure that KONE Employer Brand Equity is propagated through various media and channels to attract the best talent from the market.
- Conceptualize and drive various Employer Branding activities as per the needs of the business and monitor and measure outcomes
