About the role:
This role involves both admin and IR activities to be managed for the Plant inclusive of statutory compliances.
What You Will Do
Handle all IR-related aspects of the plant and non-unionized labor
Ensure that collective bargaining agreements are effectively administered and that employee
grievances are addressed in a timely fashion
Ensure that all plant-related statutory compliances are up-to-date
To adhere to all applicable statutory compliances by meeting all timelines and maintaining liaison with government officials.
Administrative activities relating to employees welfare like Canteen, Transportation, Uniform, Bonus, OHC and Security etc..
Process (Recruitment & Selection/Attendance Reward/Suggestion)
SIOP Manpower requirement
Absenteeism tracker
Attrition tracker
Operator Observation tracker
OPEX & Shop floor display management
OT HRS monitoring
Backup arrangement of Tenure completion
Operator Birthday
Third-Party Essential HC report (to be shared with HR Operator team)
Detailed HC inputs for Contractual & Essential Operator category
Payroll (FTE Operator) & Contractor Management
Understanding of Wage Settlement & Code of Conduct
Understanding & handling Old MOM's of last wage settlement
Capex & Opex Budget Planning.
What You Need
9- 10 Years of experience
MBA HR/ Personal Management
Ensure that collective bargaining agreements are effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion
