- A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.

Job Description
As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you'll be at the helm of crucial financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across various domains. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from day-to-day accounting to complex statutory audits and intercompany reconciliations. Your primary duties will include managing day-to-day accounting tasks, meticulously handling payroll accounting, and overseeing Accounts Receivable while actively pursuing collections. You'll be entrusted with the critical task of reconciling bank statements, ensuring precision in financial transactions across different countries and currencies. Your expertise in Tally will be invaluable as you verify and account for employee reimbursements and track fixed assets meticulously. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in basic financial reporting, providing insights into the company's financial health. Compliance will be a cornerstone of your role, as you navigate through filings with authorities such as PF, ESI, PT, and LWF. You'll also spearhead the monthly and quarterly filing of returns like GST and TDS, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your proficiency in Tally will be further augmented by your experience in handling assessments with GST and Income Tax authorities. Additionally, familiarity with software tools like Clear for GST reconciliation will be an added advantage, enhancing your ability to streamline processes and minimize errors. Overall, your role will be central to the financial stability and regulatory compliance of the organization, requiring meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day accounting
- Payroll accounting
- Manage Accounts Receivable / collections follow up
- Handling statutory audits
- Bank reconciliation statements
- Accounting for different countries and foreign currencies
- Employee reimbursements verification and accounting in Tally
- Handling Intercompany reconciliations
- Fixed Assets tracking system
- Experience in basic financial reporting
- Experience in filing the compliance returns with the necessary authorities like PF, ESI, PT, LWF
- Monthly and quarterly filing of returns like GST, TDS, etc
- Experience of working in Tally
- Handling assessments with GST and Income Tax will be an added advantage
- Reconciliation of GST with help of software tools like Clear would be an added advantage
Requirements:
- Minimum work experience of 4 to 5 years in a relevant domain
- Be an active team player
- Always carry a positive attitude and a solution oriented approach
- Able to work based on the deadlines / targets set internally.
