Req ID Pune, India Your Tasks Drive sales growth with eCommerce customers in India through account setup, customer relations, and product gap analysis. Identify and monitor technology trends and changes in the automotive aftermarket and translate into business opportunities across eCommerce sales channels. Support the sales channel strategy by identifying new customers/partners in alignment with Head of BL PC E-Commerce IMEA and Head of BL PC Sales India. Drive customer setups to support the sales target. Develop and maintain channel funnel. Maintain online customer engagement by replying to inbound customer requests, questions and complaints in compliance with the ZF communication framework. Collaborate & align with the Head of BL PC E-Commerce IMEA, Head of BL PC Sales India & Category Managers India on regular basis. Take stake and responsibility for the Business plan of India. Create automated reports for sales tracking, missed sales tracking, share of total turnover, etc via Power Bi and other systems Use available resources to conduct product gap analysis to support the traditional sales based on online sales trends. Act in a cross-functional role supporting different tasks within sales, customer service and product. Your Profile Preferably an engineering graduate with 6-10 Years of experience in E Commerce Sales. KAM experience in the aftermarket/E-Commerce verticals Passionate for & extensive expertise in digital technology, business models and the mobility industry Strong knowledge of customer structures and expert on E-Business. Understanding of eCommerce dynamics in India Commercial background and solid product understanding. Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, innovation
