Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- SAP - Should be trained in MM module and to generate PR / MAT codes / Service Codes and should be able to deal with service providers for quotes and proposals for day-to-day operational activities. (PR to payments to parties role have to be handled in a flawless manner)
- Material management - (Agency Inwards & Outward Register/ Audits)
- Courier Management (ARCs / Proposals / Billings/ Negotiations)
- Deputy Assistant – Airport Operations
- PR and liaison (Should be able to liaise and coordinate with outside govt bodies, offices of BMC,
- Police stations, Traffic Department, Local Authorities, 3rd party associates for operational activities)
- Accounts Related - (Overall incharge for management of Billings & subsequent processing through centralized dashboard system)
- All internal memos and correspondences
- Preparing leave and license agreements
- Miscellaneous Work (BEST Account management /Fastags / Echallans / Drivers database &
- coordination / Birthday arrangements/ MTNL Account / EPBX Account of Tata Docomo/ Office email and Account handling/ Visitors Management
- Service-related query and complaints handling Phone Directory management)
- Vendor Management (Hiring / Negotiations / Allocation of Orders / Termination / Quality Audits)
- Checking all mobile bills (except Reliance) and follow up payments
- Correspondences with Society, medical office, Banks, Dispatch Department and other general correspondences
- Collection of Executive Lunch monthly contribution
- Daily administration routine work.
- Correspondences - IOC, Purchase Orders and other letters
- Adecco monthly salary and reimbursement processing, mediclaim correspondence, attendance and leave management.
- AMC contracts of AMC and Clover
- Event management (To coordinate and assist for all events / traffic permissions / Liquor permissions / Guests Management)
- Bill summary of Vodafone, Reliance, Airtel and submission to A/c dept
- Handling Adecco account, training registration and payments
- Oversee all Administrative activities / Any other work instructed
- Any other jobs assigned by Head - Admin from time to time
