Customer Experience (CX) Asst. Manager Job Responsibilities:
As an CX Asst. Manager, you will lead the customer experience initiatives and drive across functionss. You will play a key role to build customer centricity culture and ensure operations are customer oriented.
Customer Experience Asst. Manager Job Duties:
- Strong understanding of operations that could impact customer experience in direct/in-direct manner
- Mapping of Customer journey & Focus on Customer experience improvement
- Recommend industry best practices regards to Customer centricity and implement them by coordinating with key stakeholders
- Review customer escalations and help to reduce by addressing the root cause of escalation
- Have to take end to end ownership in building customer centricity culture across customer touch points
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Deep orientation towards Customer centricity
- Minimum 4 years of experience. Up to 8 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Strong Program Management skill required
- Green belt Six Sigma certified
- Preferred industries: Airline, Hospitality, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, paints etc.
Qualification -Any Degree
Experience - 5+ years
