Assistant Manager- CS Logistics
Your role:
Responsible for Inventory Management & Logistics operations for Philips Health care Business.
Responsible for entire supply chain for the Outbound / Inbound logistics.
Daily interaction with Forwarder & Warehouse Operations for complete control on shipments of spares across the country.
Auditing warehouses Monthly/quarterly on raw material management & system to stock variances.
Coordinating with the Technical specialist for part holding & return management from site & Re-exporting to the respective Blue rooms.
Material distribution - Handling spare parts movement from the warehouse to customer site.
Coordinating with supplier, quality department for getting inspection done to enable smooth delivery in right time.
Establishing good working relationships with vendors, discussing, and resolving problems regarding delayed delivery schedules.
Close interaction with warehouse team to resolve Receiving Discrepancy.
Works closely with Engineer for the returns of Defective part and re-export it to Blue-room across the Globe on time.
Handling process of Stock inward and re-export.
Defective Material Management Use As re-exports & Scrap.
Follow up with BU for the credit receipt for the defective spare re-exported.
Responsible for the creation of return material authentication (RMA) to suppliers within timeline for DOA, MOA parts
Managing vendor base by analyzing on-going vendor performance and participate in Vendor selection. Recommend change as appropriate
Provide various KPI report like Inventory, Planning, and stock distribution status to Management
Monthly transporter/warehouse review on their performance, penalties as per agreement if they did not meet our requirement
Reviewing the cost spend for transport and make decision to use right transporter to reduce logistics/warehouse expenses
Verifying the vendor bills with agreement submit report to management for cost spend analysis
Weekly/Monthly/quarterly/annually reports generation for KPI performance
Maintaining MIS report for material/warehouse/inbound/outbound/purchase/vendor performance
Handling stock discrepancy by Identify the issue and resolve with various stakeholders
