Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle

How You Will Achieve It
Support and Compliance:
- Upload and document Third Party export prices and discounts.
- Create and maintain Customer Information Records such as Certificate of Origin, Output Condition Records, Forwarding Instruction Letter, Customer Material Info Records in SAP.
- Ensure proper follow-up on Intermediate Document failures of Inbound and Outbound Delivery on weekly basis.
- Generate Cross Dock Report to provide information about physical cargo managed by forwarders for all regions.
- Generate Logistics service provider and UPS logistics Pre-Expedition Reports to track when packed pallets are shipped to the final destination.
- Generate Inbound and Outbound Delivery Intermediate Document Failure Reports
Quality:
- Ensure that manufacturer has provided Certificate of Compliance (Goods are manufactured in compliance with GMP) to release the goods for Belgian entities.
- Close the payment cleared Purchase Orders.
Ariba:
- Follow up with Purchase Requisition until Purchase Order is generated.
- Create Indirect procurement requests in SAP Ariba Tool that includes Purchase Request, Electronic-payment, Vendor Maintenance, New Vendor Creation for the European region.
- Ensure Vendors are complaint to MAPP/FCM.
- Generate Inbound and Outbound Delivery Intermediate Document Failure Reports

Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor s Degree.
Knowledge and experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Experience with inventory and material management concepts.
Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset .
Nice-to-Have
Masters degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Advanced training in project management, supply chain management, scientific or clinical disciplines, business administration and/or people development.
In depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines impacting the logistics system requirement.
Good knowledge and understanding of advanced level of system application and products.
