AddressJob Responsibilities :
- Prospective client interaction
- Lead generation
- Capability presentation to clients
- Participation in Bid/Tenders (Bid documentation preparation & participation)
- Project cost estimation & Proposal preparation & submission to clients
- Follow up with clients on proposal , payments, project confirmation
- Presenting and delivering information to clients at meetings, Industry Exhibits, Trade shows and conferences
- The candidate is responsible for managing clients in India and Southeast Asia.
Any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time
Qualification ;
- Any Engineering Background & MBA (marketing, international business) with 7 to 12 years of total experience including few years in Business Development role at any Ship Building, Ship Equipment, Ship Services, Ship design & other engineering company.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate with Degree +MBA (will have an added advantage)
- Must have excellent Communication Skills.
- Must have on-hand experience with estimations & proposals & tender participations
- Good presentation & CRM skills
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills
