JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Align and partner with BE Team, the local business teams (Retail and Wholesale), Brand Merchandising, and Marketing on the window and instore calendar for each season.
- Plan and drive Impactful seasonal launch and execution of window and instore calendars each season, aligned with product drops and marketing activities.
- Interpret global/cluster BE Guidelines and seasonal concepts for local execution.
- Partner with the Brand and Retail Merchandising teams to create / supervise the creation of planograms for all stores, including new and renovated stores. Also, work with the Merchandising teams to create priority lists of key products to be included in instore displays.
- Partner with Store planning on the layouts & planograms of all stores.
- Develop a LOCAL vendor network for best price, right sourcing and time and quality production.
- Monitor performance of windows and instore communication by measuring performance of product sell-through with quantitative data provided by the operations teams and marketing teams.
- Support to create BE Tools and execute Training workshops to equip Regional VM teams and Franchisee VM teams to achieve consistent execution.
- Maintain, monitor and allocate the BE budget per requirement each season.
- Ensure reporting post each new execution each season.
- Support all marketing events from a BE perspective.
- Support the seasonal line presentation as required.

- On-time and quality execution of store design/merchandising
- Retail Budget/Cost efficiencies
- SOP - Visual Merchandising standards for EBOs | MBOs & NCS, Standardize VM principles.
- Develop Strong Vendor Base for Visuals, Props, Mannequins and other BE requirements.
- Develop Guidelines for Launches & Tools for VM Training to the front-end retail staff - Design & Develop & Deliver
