- To ensure checklists & logs are updated & maintained as per the prescribed frequency in the maintenance procedure.
- Housekeeping and Outsourced Personnel Oversight
- To be responsible for the planning of Housekeeping staff & to ensure the availability of standby resources always.
- Take control of the Housekeeping Inventory. (Spares, stores, consumables, etc) and the required stock is maintained at the site at all times.
- To ensure every housekeeping duty person is explained his job description in his local language if required.
- Ensure all Housekeeping team members wear a standard uniform during working hours.
- Maintain discipline and quality of work by all Housekeeping staff.
- Preparing the staff for day-to-day operations by holding daily briefings
- Ensure the service provider supplies all the Housekeeping equipment in working condition.
- Follow Up Periodic Pre-Planned Preventive Maintenances Like Pest Control and Cleaning Water Tanks, drainage system, etc.
- Ensure hygiene and upkeep of the Premises.
- This role is responsible for driving & supporting facility, MICE, and Admin Procurement activities pertaining to either of the three categories, namely Facility management in Pan India offices,
- MICE, and the Infrastructure function of the organization.
- Lead internal events and make sure all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly PMC related to critical equipment.
- Managing AMC of the facility and admin-related activities.
Procurement Management
- Making sure all admin-related supplies, MEP/M&E, and Pantry are stocked.
- Managing admin-related inventory cycles.
- Bring best-in-class alternative products to ensure cost efficiency.
- Planning PMC and weekend activities related to procurement.
