A holding company promoting luxury investments seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager Administration.
Overview
The candidate who is responsible for helping the Administration keep day-to-day operations running. Assistant Manager's duties may include anything from employee management and customer satisfaction to office management.

Gender: Both male and female candidates preferred.
Language: Must have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. There should be language skills to communicate with overseas clients especially US and Europe clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to optimize office operations and enhance efficiency.
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.- Exhibits exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and flexibility.
- Proficient in events planning and coordination with team members.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
- Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Works well both independently and collaboratively with others.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems with precision.
- Assists clients and visitors, promptly responds to emails and digital correspondence.
- Manages calendars for the Management team, including making travel arrangements.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and various documents.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes accurate meeting minutes.
- Coordinates international meetings and Zoom conferences as needed.
- Collaborates closely with the management team and provides support to colleagues.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality and security.

- Projects a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Possesses digital literacy and research skills to maintain and enhance filing systems.
- Maintains accurate record-keeping practices.
