- Ensuring records are maintained efficiently and in accordance with the Wood norms and procedures.
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of customer service levels while delivering services
- Assist the senior departmental personnel at all times for the Company specific sporadic jobs or activities which cannot be determined in advance
