We are looking for an experienced Buyer who is highly motivated and has a keen interest in interiors & dcor products with an eye for detail.

Days: Monday through Friday
Timings: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Collaborate in crafting buying and merchandising strategies to align with divisional objectives, ensuring coherent market positioning and optimal product assortment.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to sampling and eventual launch, ensuring timely and efficient execution while maintaining quality standards.
Vendor. Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating effectively to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms, while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making, optimizing product offerings and maximizing sell-through.
Negotiation & Pricing: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maintain competitive pricing for products, balancing profitability with market demands and ensuring sustainable margins.
Market Research: Stay abreast of trends in the Home Decor market, conducting research on competitor and benchmark brands to inform product development and strategic positioning.
Range Merchandising: Procure merchandise ranges through effective negotiation, curating assortments that align with market trends, consumer preferences, and brand identity.
Quality Standards: Set and uphold standards for the quality of merchandise, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations and brand reputation is maintained.
Sourcing Optimization: Maximize existing sourcing channels while actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to optimize the supply chain and enhance product offerings.
Supply Chain Management: Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, maintaining efficient and reliable supply chains to support business operations.
Innovation & Development: Drive product innovation and new development initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the product portfolio and differentiate offerings in the market.
Job Requirement:
1-3 years of experience into buying role.
Excellent planning and forecasting skills
Industry Experience: Decor / Retail / Fashion
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation
Behavioral Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills Required: Strong business acumen and decision making skills, must be good with numbers and well versed with the current trends in Home Decor.
