Role & Responsibilities as below :
1. Achieving monthly sales targets via primary billing to to Dealers & Large partners
2. Responsible for expanding and managing Dealer and distribution network in designated region.
3. To handle grievances of Dealer or any channel partner related to business in designated territory.
4. Creating brand awareness for the product by planning and executing the promotional activities, influencer meet & getting product displayed at Dealer & Large counters
5. Closing sales lead with Customer if required
6. Managing a Large Team
7. Reporting to Regional Manager
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA Fulltime
- Bangalore City working experience is mandatory
From - any Paint / Adhesive / Ceramic / Tile / Bath fittings / Cement Industry
