Develop and coordinate daily plans for market visits for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and establish daily and monthly targets, ensuring they are challenging yet attainable in presenting the SaaS Mobile / Web App.
Address issues encountered by BDEs in terms of customer service and promptly resolve challenges.
