Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Oracle Database Administration and Cloud Infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Oracle Database Administration and Cloud Infrastructure. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. - Experience with incident management and problem management. - Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
