Key Responsibilities : Working knowledge with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud OIC Tool Design and create Compensation Plans Integrate and import the data into ICM system Setup Payment, goals Troubleshoot issues with compensations Experience with Commissions and Compensation process Hands-on experience with OIC Compensation plans, Classification rules, complex Formulas, Flexfields, Security, Report, Import and Webservices Expert in the analysis of incentive plans and able to transform into business rule architecture
Technical Experience : Understand, identify, and evaluate various data sources, meet with data providers to negotiate and contract data transmissions for data from other business systems in order to integrate into the Incentive systems Collaborate closely with Reporting, Data Integration, Production Support, and Administration teams to understand and create efficient and scalable calculation designs Ability to work with offshore and onshore teams and ensure coordination, effective communication, and optimal productivity
