We are looking for a sharp, driven and motivated individual to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include identifying & evaluating exciting businesses and partnering with colleagues to assist clients with strategic initiatives. The individual will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience by working with fast growing businesses & dynamic entrepreneurs.
Location: India
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Analysing business opportunities and investment proposals
- Developing strategic plans
- Building relationships to drive new business development
- Assisting clients with growth initiatives
Desired Qualification & Personality Traits:
- 1-3 years of experience with a passion for strategy / consulting / banking / venture capital
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an evolving, dynamic environment
- Keen emotional intelligence and an appreciation for sharing success with teammates
- A responsible individual with a strong entrepreneurial drive
