Territory Service Manager
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. Business Growth Aspects
Supporting workshops in improvements of business parameters like Periodic Maintenance, Load growth etc.
Assisting dealerships in reducing inefficiencies like TAT and increasing service/sales ratio.
Analysis of workshop data and trend monitoring for customer retention and implementing new service strategies in the territory.
B. Technical Aspects
Handling critical customer complaints and technical issues of the territory
Managing technical campaigns and recalls
Escalation of product feedback at Head office
Improving customer experience by implementation of SAS in workshops
Assisting dealerships in reducing system and process related inefficiencies
INTERACTIONS
Internal Clients
-
Service HO departments like WPDCS, SER-MKT etc.
External Clients
- Entire workshop manpower including Top management.
- Customers

Eligibility Criteria
Work Experience : 12- 48 months (as on Application) post B.Tech/M.Tech
Degree : B.Tech / M.Tech (Regular / Full-time only)
Passing Year : 2021/ 2020/ 2019 only
Branches : Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ ECE
Marks %age : 65% or equivalent CGPA (6.5/10) throughout, 10th, 12th or Diploma, B.E /B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (as applicable)
- No rounding off marks is allowed
Following would not be eligible
Part time/correspondence qualification
Candidates with job changes will not be considered (for candidate less than 24 month of experience)
Candidate with more than one job change will not be considered (for candidate with experience range between 24- 48 months)
Candidates with no experience/Fresher/Currently Unemployed
Candidate with Color blindness
