Qualification & Experience
5-7 yrs working experience in relevant field
1st class Graduate in Chemical Engineering from an institute of Repute Only.
Functional knowledge &
Competencies
Candidate Should have exposure to basic engineering and detailed engineering functions.
Preparation of PFD, P&ID.
Developing operation logic.
Material & Energy Balance.
Hydraulic calculations.
Utility requirements.
Design of heat transfer & mass transfer equipments.
Equipments sizing/ specification.
Preparing equipment process data sheet and it calculation.
Estimation of Relief loads / safety valve sizing.
HAZOP/ HAZARD analysis.
Preparation of technical evaluation / bid of equipments.
Trouble shooting in Batch & Continious Operation of Chemical Plant,
Operation and commissioning of Batch plants, GLR, SSR ANF, Batch & continious Distillation.
Addition
Preferences will be given to candidates having on hand experience on process simulation software such as Aspen Hysis, Chemcad etc.
Operation and commissioning of plants on DCS based automation environment will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of Digtalization will added.
