? Interface between Market and operations.
? Will be assisting Marketing for technical support & will coordinate and support production for product improvement.
? Ensuring the quality of all products of Fluoroelastomers (FKM), polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) and polymer processing aids. QMS implementation, customer support and quality related all issues and action planning for it for doing continual improvement in overall quality.
? Customer complaint resolution
o Identify problems and find solutions by close interaction with all concerned including customers.
o Customer visit for trouble shooting and discussion.
? Technical support to the customers in
o Development and launching of new products by capturing the market feedback from customers.
o Products & Technology introduction and their implementation/approval at customer end.
o New product launch & analyze & monitor the product performance, Identify problems and find solution by close interaction with all concerned.
? Responsible for new application development as per market demand, coordination and support to production team for tailor made grade development.
