The position
As a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tulip System at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for driving Incremental Innovation, supporting continuous improvement in incident, problem management, DevOps & application management Tasks. You will be responsible for covering specification, design, application development, and maintenance of IT solutions at NovoNordisk. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and guidance for solving complex IT issues in Quality Management Systems. Manage projects and programs related to specialized areas, ensuring objectives is achieved within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and communicate project plans, ensuring deliverables produced on schedule. Responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet Line of Business requirements in coordination with support system manager (IN).
- Responsible for the analysis of System lifecycle and Workflows, providing technical guidance in drafting risk assessments, periodic reviews, deviations CAPA, change controls, and defining solution strategies. Proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Serving as the point of contact to log and follow-up on tickets filed to the vendor (Tulip). Providing technical advice for incidents/problems related to Tulip. Proactively managing the incident and problem management process for Tulip.
Acting as a technical subject matter expert for Tulip, collaborating with and challenging the vendor when necessary. Supporting the system manager during audit/inspections. Implementing Application improvement areas and supporting the business in error finding and bug fixing. Supporting the system manager during change and release RIA.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- MSC, MBA, MCA or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration.
- +6 years relevant IT experience covering specification, design, application development, and maintenance of IT solutions in large organizations.
- 4+ years of experience on application testing and deployment in Azure DevOps.
- 3+ years of practical knowledge on Azure Active directory & Microsoft PowerApps Platform. Basic knowledge on Azure DevOps UI. Azure DevOps certified will be added advantage - AZ-900, AZ-400
- Practical knowledge in SAAS, PAAS and on-premises setup. Hands on experience on Incident, problem and change management processes (ITIL).
- Practical knowledge in working in GxP system is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to and interest in collaborating and communicating with external parties, primarily customers, vendors and consultants.
