Job description

Performing secretarial/executive assistant/ administrative duties to support CEO and directors
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting and preparing
communications on the CEO/ Director's behalf
Managing the calendar of CEO/Director , arranging their visa and ticket for indoor/ outdoor traveling
Coordinating and taking care of payment remittance from company to vendors/manufacturers,
Updating the progress stage and delivery status to the directors/ CEO/Officers
Taking care of employee's attendance, leave, and daily task summery, same updating to the higher
authorities.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and conveying the same to the higher authorities
Organizing meeting, including scheduling, sending reminder to the directors
Hiring international candidates, by collaborating with the local agencies,
Responsible for contract drafting,, presentation, selecting candidates, cordoning with the agency and
finalizing the candidates
Making the visa, travel and accommodation arrangements
Scheduling the virtual and physical interviews with candidates and interviewers
Making presentations of the companies any projects, company profiles, attending meeting with the
delegates
Responsible for sending proposal for collaborations with the companies and manufactures, dealing by
phone and emails.
Research of potential vendors, manufactures of medical equipment/consumable/instruments
Compare and evaluate offers from the suppliers and negotiate the price and terms
Track orders and ensure timely delivery, also review quality of the products.
