- An Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to an organization and ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills. Result oriented.
- Flexibility, Open to do all tasks assigned by manager and take responsibility
- Knowledge Real Estate Industry Experience preferred
- Maintaining Safety, security and hygiene at HO
- Administrative support to the organization like stationary, pest control, maintenance, insurance, bill payments, inward, outward of materials, maintaining admin related registers.
- Follow up with vendors on delivery of goods/services and submission of invoices on time.
- Preparing various MIS weekly & monthly Reports like Telecom, Mobile, stationary Report.
- Vendor registration, vendor management and follow up with vendors on bills submission and uploading the same in IMS.
- Submit the tax invoices & follow up for payment updation from account department
- Check attendance of facility employees and sign accordingly
- Conference Booking- From different department and update the excel sheet, entering the date and time on the notice board for further process
- PO will be raised by Purchase department & followup on the same once PO is generated
- Stocks will be as per the PO raised and check and arrange the same as per the PO and invoice to tally the same
- Resource allocation like mobile phones & sim to be issued to new hires based on HR Communication & MR approval.
- Co-ordination with Facility as per the daily report and followup to end the process.
