Job Summary: -

In the fresh fruits industry, a Branch Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Effective communication, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the fresh fruits industry and work collaboratively with other departments is crucial for efficient financial management at the branch level.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Prepare management reports and submit to OM/GM for reconciliation with bank/cash
• statements
•  Make all payments related to Office in sync with companies voucher system in place (petty
• cash, vendor, statutory, miscellaneous etc.)
•  Booking of all purchase/ sales entries in tally
•  Reconciliation of petty cash for branch
•  Reconciliation of vendor purchase with logistics database
•  Submit vouchers (payment) to OM/GM for approvals before making payments
•  Reconciliation of vendor payables at branch
•  Bank statement reconciliation with HO
•  Filing of all vouchers related to payment into 4 categories; vendors, and running costs
• miscellaneous
•  Filing of all vendor invoices, payments and related bank transactions (in particular import
• exports)
•  Coordinate with HO: Ensure cash/cheque deposits happen in compliance with company
• policy.
•  Reconciliation of Daily sales report from branch to HO

•  Checking and Verifying Stock Movements, Maintaining Stock Ledgers
•  Prepares documents and formats, schedules the orders received from the vendors on time with précised counts.
•  Monitor the stock along with QC in charge and confirming the data to the management for holding/damage etc.

Skills Required

• The candidate should know Tally Prime.
• Have about 1- 3 years’ experience in similar field will be added advantage. . Knowledge about import/export/freight forwarding container shipments will be added advantage.
• Should be able to handle admin and stock level reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting Field/ MBA (added advantage)
• Good communication skills and able to communicate well with the vendors and clients
• Strong computer skills, preferably with prior experience using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to handle work under pressure.
• Language skills are important
• Need to available round the clock if demanded.
