Job Overview

Our Client is hiring for Accounts Executive. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This is a full-time position with a junior role and requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Handle billing and invoicing process, ensuring timely payment from clients
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues that arise
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
