Account Payable Executive

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Payable Executive located in Mumbai. The Account Payable Executive will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, timely payment of invoices, and maintenance of an accurate payable ledger. The role involves liaising with vendors and suppliers, reconciling monthly statements, and maintaining vendor records.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Ability to manage accounts payables independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting is a plus
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations in India is a plus
