As an ABM Manager at Keka, you will be an essential part of a team that believes in the

As we strongly believe in 'HR is our B.A.E (Before Anyone Else)', you'll play a critical role in
driving strategic growth in our India and UAE markets, focusing on creating a robust
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute tailored account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement
and increase sales pipeline in the India and UAE markets.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify key prospects and define and implement
strategic plans to reach these accounts.
3. Use advanced data analytics to segment key accounts and develop personalised
marketing strategies.
4. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a good return on investment.
5. Track, measure, and report campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and
KPIs).
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to execute marketing
campaigns.
7. Stay abreast with ABM trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us
ahead, including updates to social media marketing, digital marketing, and inbound
marketing.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in ABM or B2B marketing, with a focus on India and UAE
markets.
2. Proven experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and ABM platforms.
3. Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
4. Proficiency in managing complex projects and multi-tasking.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in English and, ideally, a good understanding of regional languages (Hindi,
Arabic).
