Zonal Head -Bathware


Required Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a reputed & recognized university/Institute.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in bath and fittings industry.
Technical Skill :
1) In-depth knowledge of the business's product as well as the strategic, analytical and marketing concepts.
2) Technical knowledge of products in the Bath Fitting industry (Faucets & Sanitaryware).
3) Ability to identify market opportunities, gaps, customer requirements, competitor actions etc. and formulate strategic action plans.
4) Expertise in developing technical proposals.
5) Strong networking with Architects & related professional forums/bodies.
6) Must have handled Sales on a PAN India basis or at least two zones for a reputed Bath Fitting brand.
Responsibility Supporting Activities:


Sales planning & execution.
1) To work out the bathware division's overall annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets (category wise) in line with the Organisational objectives.
2) To allocate the sales target across zones/states & customers.
3) To ensure periodic review of the business state wise/customer wise etc. and devise action plan to achieve the targets.
Business Development:
1) To build effective relationship with Architects,presenting new products and ideas.
2) Representing the Organisation on the external forums/bodies especially Architects.
3) To influence the prospective distributors/dealers of competition to convert them into our fold.
