We are hiring for Zonal Academic Manager for our Andhra Schools
Vacancies: Andhra Pradesh branches - VEMAPALLE,KURNOOL, ANANTAPUR
Designation: Zonal Academic Manager
Salary: 50-60k/month
Minimum Qualification required: Bed/Med/BSc/MSc + MBA/ Degree in School Administration/ School Campus Management
Experience: 3-4 Years in handling various school branches
Preferred Industry: Education ONLY
Purpose of the Job:

Principal Accountabilities:
➢ Curriculum Development and Implementation
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the various school branches within Andhra.
- Ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines, policies, and standards.
- Collaborating with school principals, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to foster a positive learning environment.
- Addressing concerns and queries related to academic matters from stakeholders.
➢ Academic Performance Monitoring and Implementation
- Analyzing academic performance data of schools in the zone and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing strategies to improve student achievement, including interventions for struggling students.
- Ensuring compliance with CBSE policies, regulations, and guidelines related to academics.
➢ Systematic Fee Collection and fee Processing
- Taking care of student fee collection, processing, and implementing and approving regulations for fee, in coordination with Principal and Campus Manager.
➢ Parent Connect
- Handling the Parent Connect Application and assisting admin, coordinators and parents, and promoting real tine student academic, physical and general growth monitoring.
- Handling the parents engagement programme in coordination with the Campus Manager.
➢ Admission Process Management:
- Develop and implement admission policies and procedures in alignment with CBSE guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate the admissions process, including application review, interviews, assessments, and enrollment.
➢ Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the school and attract prospective students.
- Identify target audiences and segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, social media, advertising, and community outreach to reach prospective students and parents.
- Build and maintain the school's brand identity and reputation in the local community and beyond.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, educational consultants, feeder schools, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions and provide personalized assistance and guidance to prospective families.
