Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated person to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our
main point of contact for our English speaking clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exceptional Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and
- needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell
- and cross-sell to clients
- Client Relationship Management of B2B clients
- Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication
- Order Processing in ERP System (SAP)
- Process online orders and back orders
- Provide support for marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skill in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience is Customer Service and proven track record of receiving positive
- Customer Service
- Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage
