Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of Workday across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Workday’s implementation methodology and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects within time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of Workday implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Apply Workday implementation methodology to manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including Planning, Architect, Configure and Prototype, Testing, Deployment, and Support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Workday consultants, and Delivery Team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and manage the project plan, including resource allocation, timeline, and budget.
Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate clear communication across project teams, executive sponsors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the implementation process.
Deliver regular project updates and ensure documentation is maintained to a high standard.
Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption and training
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Workday implementation.
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Extensive knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage complex projects in a multicultural environment.
