Requirements for Wordpress PHP Developer:

Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level

Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins

Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues.

Experience in developing E-Commerce websites

Should have experience in web performance optimization

Knowledge and working experience of WordPress CMS

Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.

Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.

Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

Previous experience creating scalable applications.

Proficient in Template files & their hierarchy, Queries and loops, Actions / Filters / Hooks, Custom Post Types,Custom Fields / Meta Boxes, Widgets, Shortcodes

Proficient with code versioning tools including Git.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Ability to project manage.

Good problem-solving skills
